In the area there is plenty of opportunity for
walks and sight-seeing.
The village of St Gineys is 200 m from the
house and has a 'Bal Populaire' around the 14
th July (nothing much to write home about)
with dubious dated music, but it can be a good
opportunity to let your hair down. On the 15th
August St Gineys hosts the 'Fête du chien',
where you can buy hunting dog puppies.
Within walking distance there is the little
stream La Claduègne, with numerous places
for a dip and a swim.
Further uphill you will find the historical cave
dwellings of Montbrun .
The villages of Berzème and Mirabel are also
within walking distance.
