After a short car journey (max. 30min)
you can find numerous things to do.

Beautiful and historical villages and
towns, like Vogüe, Balazuc, Vallon
Pont d'arc, Alba La Romaine with
its castle and medieval streets (10
km), has a Sunday morning market
and an opportunity to do some wine
tasting in the Cave Cooperative.
Aubenas, Montélimar & Privas all
have Saturday morning markets where
you can find anything from regional
produce to clothing.
During the summer months most
towns also host nocturnal markets,
the nearest one in Villeneuve de Berg,
about 10 min. away, is on Tuesdays
and has live music.

Ardèche has a lot to offer for the
gourmands. Wine, goats cheese,
chestnuts, nougat, olives, figs, the list
is endless. Numerous restaurants serve
anything from honest, simple French
food to more refined cuisine.

Mountain biking (rental 10 km)
Climbing
Kayaking on the Ardèche river
Golf (Golf de la Valdaine) Montélimar
Horse riding, tennis, fishing, paint
ball, go-carting ....

Driving that little bit further (1 hr
approx), you can visit Avignon with
the famous bridge and the Palace of
the Popes, or the 'Ferme aux
Crocodilles' in Pierrelatte and
Orange with it's Roman amphitheatre.
